How to buy?

Make sure you're logged into the account that you want the purchased items to be received on. You can double check this by going to ACCOUNT PAGE and checking the username. If this is correct, add the items from this page to the basket and then double check the basket before clicking the "Checkout" button. You will then be redirected to G2A where they will take payment and complete your purchase. If you're purchasing scrolls once the payment is complete in-game type ::claim to receive them, if you're purchasing tokens then simply go to to STORE PAGE and purchase the items you wish to buy.

How do I receive my purchased items?

You can receive the items you purchased by talking to the delivery guy in edgeville or typing the ::claim command.

How does it work?

You can buy tokens for real money.

After you have completed your transaction, you will receive the tokens you bought. With these tokens, you can buy items on this webshop, and then you will receive these items ingame. You will directly receive the tokens after you have bought them.

Haven't received your tokens or scrolls, waited 24 hours?

It could be that your payment is still being processed, or something has gone wrong. Please create at a ticket at https://SolScape.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new. Please make sure to include the following

- Your ingame username

- The full name you used when paying

- The date of the payment

- The payment method used

Difference between Scrolls and Tokens

- Tokens: You can purchase tokens directly, which can be used to buy items from the webstore. You will receive donator status when you ::claim your first item bought with tokens from the webstore.

- Scrolls: Scrolls can be either redeemed giving you tokens and the relevant donator status, or traded to other players. You will not receive donator status unless you redeem the scroll, by right clicking the scroll and clicking redeem. Redeeming and using ::claim to receive your scroll are not the same thing.

Do I get donator status?

- You get red (Donator) status if you buy for more than $10 worth of tokens

- You get blue (Super) status if you buy for more than $50 worth of tokens

- You get green (Extreme) status if you buy for more than $250 worth of tokens

- You get purple (Legendary) status if you buy for more than $1,000 worth of tokens

Furthermore, you will get access to the donator zone when you bought over 100 tokens. If you buy 50 once, and then on another day for 50 too it remembers it and your status will be upgraded. Once you have the tokens you need to claim an item ingame for your rank to update.
